As we approached the end of Finacial Year 2009/2010, we had some pressing questions on our mind.
(1) How would the Public have taken to our restructuring and subsequent overhaul of the stores?
(2) Would the ongoing impact of the economic downturn be reflected in customers' spending and buying patterns?
(3) Would there be a legacy from losing 2 weeks trading whilst we resolved issues with our clothing manufacturer?
We needn't have worried.
Sales are up 7% on the previous year.
In light of the circumstances, we're absolutely delighted by that.
So, looking ahead, we've got The Good Shirt Shop's rebrand and relaunch coming up. We've got the unveiling of our new project too - Pop-up shops. We're also very excited by the UK Papal Visit later this year - Catholics With Attitude is in prime position to capitalise on the increased demand for Catholic clothing!
Keep your eyes on us. We're going places.
